Brainspotting Therapy

Brainspotting is a type of psychotherapy that involves the identification and processing of traumatic or emotionally-charged experiences and memories that are stored in the brain and body. The technique uses eye positions to locate and activate specific areas of the brain and body, which helps to release and resolve these stored experiences. Brainspotting can be used to treat a wide range of issues, including PTSD, anxiety, depression, addiction, and chronic pain. The technique is often used in conjunction with traditional talk therapy, and can be tailored to meet the individual needs of each client. In addition to completing Level 1 and 2 training, Lacey participated in a week-long intensive training with Dr. David Grand, the founder himself.

Depending on caseload and timing of appointments, Lacey is sometimes able to offer a sliding scale payment system. If you are worried that financing your sessions will limit your abilities to participate in therapy, please bring it up with her during your initial consultation.
